What renovation services do you offer?
We offer complete renovations for homes and communities in Orihuela Costa and the surrounding area: masonry (structural work, partition walls and finishes), gardening (outdoor maintenance and design), interior and exterior painting, electrical installations and repairs, and plumbing (leaks, installations and maintenance).
We also offer our Baño Rápido service, a bathroom renovation with a closed budget from day one. We coordinate every trade ourselves, so you don't need to hire each specialist separately
Do you also rent out cars?
Yes. Through Blue Key Car Rental, LUX Multiservices' own car rental service, we offer vehicles such as the Mercedes B-Class, Citroën C3, Citroën Xsara Picasso, Mitsubishi Colt and Saab 9-3 Cabrio, with daily or monthly rates.
We cover Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa, we don't require a card deposit, and if you need it, we deliver the car straight to the airport
What languages do you speak?
We assist in Spanish, English, Italian, Swedish and Russian, both at our physical store and via WhatsApp, phone or email.
So language is never a barrier when explaining a repair, coordinating a renovation or asking about a rental car

No. We work with both full-time residents of Orihuela Costa and owners who only spend part of the year here, which is very common in the area.
